We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a strong understanding of online platforms, and the ability to analyze data to optimize campaign performance. Responsibility:- 1. Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, like search engines, social media and email. 2. Manage Stylopay website and optimize it for user experience and search engine visibility. 3. Create and curate engaging content for digital platforms, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, and infographics. 4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators(KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. 5. Conduct market research and competitor analysisto identify trends and opportunities. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Qualifications:- 1. Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. 3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation software. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for different digital channels. 5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and decision-making. 6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities 7.
