Binated is hiring for HR Manager

The HR Manager will lead people operations through strong systems, smart use of technology, and clear processes. This role is for someone who believes HR should scale through automation, data, and well designed workflows, instead of manual effort.

You will actively use HR tools, dashboards, and internal systems to improve hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee experience. Beyond managing people, you will build and refine the systems behind HR, working closely with leadership and tech teams to make HR faster, cleaner, and more reliable as the company grows.

This role requires comfort with technology, curiosity to adopt better tools, and the ability to turn HR processes into repeatable, measurable systems without losing the human side of HR.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent & Hiring

• Lead end-to-end hiring for multiple roles and departments
• Work with managers to define clear job requirements and expectations
• Improve hiring processes, interview structure, and candidate experience
• Build and manage recruitment pipelines (internal + external)

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

• Oversee onboarding, confirmation, performance reviews, and exits
• Ensure smooth employee documentation and record-keeping
• Manage promotions, role changes, and compensation updates
• Handle employee relations with fairness and professionalism

3. Performance & Growth

• Implement performance frameworks (KRAs, KPIs, reviews, feedback loops)
• Support managers in goal setting and performance conversations
• Identify training and upskilling needs across teams
• Encourage a culture of ownership, accountability, and learning

4. HR Operations & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
• Maintain HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and audits
• Handle disciplinary processes when required, with documentation

5. HR Tech & Process Improvement

• Use HR tools and systems to automate and streamline workflows
• Improve reporting on headcount, attrition, performance, and hiring
• Partner with tech teams to build better internal HR processes
• Continuously improve efficiency without losing the human touch

6. Culture & Employee Engagement

• Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
• Support leadership in building a respectful, inclusive workplace
• Handle grievances and concerns with empathy and clarity
• Help maintain strong morale during growth and change

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in HR or People Operations
• Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance
• Experience managing hiring at scale
• Comfortable using HRMS, ATS, and digital tools
• Clear communication skills and strong judgment
• Ability to balance people empathy with business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fast-growing or tech-enabled organizations
• Exposure to performance frameworks (KRAs, OKRs, KPIs)
• Experience supporting multi-location or global teams
• HR certification is a plus (not mandatory)
