Role Overview

The HR Manager will lead and execute end-to-end HR operations, ensuring workforce stability,

statutory compliance, performance effectiveness, and strong employee engagement. This role

requires hands-on ownership of recruitment, payroll, compliance, HR systems, and people processes

while supporting leadership with data-driven HR insights and manpower planning.


Qualification & Experience Requirements


• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR role

• MBA / PGDM in any specialization

• Strong experience handling HR metrics, MIS, and dashboards

• Hands-on knowledge of HRMS, payroll systems, and HR databases

• In-depth understanding of Indian labour laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and HR best practices


Key Responsibilities


1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across all departments and levels

• Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning

• Source candidates, conduct screenings, interviews, and finalize selections

• Handle offer rollouts, onboarding coordination, induction programs, and joining formalities

• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring metrics, and documentation


2. Employee Lifecycle Management

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and exit

• Ensure timely issuance of appointment letters, role change letters, and exit documentation

• Maintain structured and confidential employee records and HR documentation


3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Management


• Monitor and manage attendance systems, leave management, and punctuality

• Coordinate with finance and payroll vendors for accurate and timely salary processing

• Manage salary revisions, incentives, deductions, arrears, and full & final settlements

• Ensure payroll data accuracy and compliance with company policies


4. Statutory Compliance & HR Policies

• Ensure full compliance with PF, ESI, gratuity, and applicable labour laws

• Maintain statutory registers, filings, and documentation readiness

• Handle audits, inspections, and statutory reporting

• Draft, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and internal procedures


5. Performance Management

• Implement and manage the Performance Management System (PMS)

• Plan and execute performance appraisal cycles, goal setting, and reviews

• Facilitate employee performance feedback and improvement plans

• Support managers in handling Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)


6. Training & Development

• Identify training needs, competency gaps, and skill requirements

• Plan and organize internal and external training & development programs

• Track participation, training outcomes, and effectiveness


. Employee Relations, Welfare & Engagement

• Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters

• Plan and execute employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives

• Promote a positive, compliant, and performance-driven workplace culture


8. Travel & Expense Management

• Manage travel and expense claims, employee advances, and reimbursements

• Ensure policy adherence, approvals, and accurate record-keeping


9. HR Systems, Reporting & Governance

• Manage and optimize HRMS, attendance tools, and payroll systems

• Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and management summaries

• Support leadership with HR analytics, workforce insights, and strategic planning


10. Exit Management

• Manage resignations, notice periods, and exit processes

• Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and recommend improvements

• Ensure timely full & final settlements and clearance processes
