Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to be based on-site at our Jaipur office. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance with organizational policies. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company standards. The HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to enhance workplace culture and implement strategies to optimize organizational success.

• Experience in training and development, performance management, and leadership

• Proven analytical and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Prior experience in human resources, preferably in a leadership role
