Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Maintenance Manager located in Jaipur. The Residential Maintenance Manager will oversee all maintenance tasks, including preventive and corrective maintenance, ensure optimal functioning of equipment and facilities, and manage a team of maintenance staff effectively. Responsibilities include supervising repairs, implementing maintenance strategies, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring timely completion of maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and lead maintenance teams effectively
• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure proper functioning and longevity of all equipment
• Experience in Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair to handle day-to-day operations and ensure high standards of upkeep
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in maintenance practices
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to operational needs
• Prior experience in residential or facilities maintenance management is highly advantageous
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or technical certification is preferred
