Ensuring that training documents/manuals are updated for the maintenance department and that all maintenance technicians are trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures will be crucial. Your role will involve reviewing the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate and solve problems in a timely manner, and identify opportunities for improvement.
