Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Entry Specialist based in Indore. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data into company systems. Key responsibilities include verifying data accuracy, preparing source data, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with team members to complete administrative tasks. The role may also involve supporting customer service operations when needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Typing and Computer Literacy, with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective correspondence
• Customer Service experience or skills to handle inquiries and provide support when required
• Basic Administrative Assistance skills to manage routine clerical tasks
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of an on-site team
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or data entry are a plus
