Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Education Counselor role based in Gurugram. The Education Counselor will assist students by offering educational and career guidance, providing personalized counseling sessions, and helping them identify opportunities suited to their goals. Responsibilities include assessing individual needs, providing accurate information on programs and courses, addressing queries, and supporting students in their educational and career decisions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Education-related guidance
• Strong Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
• Exceptional Communication skills and ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals
• Ability to analyze and guide students based on their unique aptitudes and goals
• A proactive, friendly, and empathetic approach to student support
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is highly desirable
• Experience in education counseling or similar roles is a plus
