Software Project Coordinator

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a software project coordinator. A Software Project Coordinator assists in the planning, execution, and management of software development projects, acting as a liaison between development teams and stakeholders. To be successful as a software project coordinator, you should have a good working knowledge of Agile techniques specifically Sprints. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Organization: - Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and schedules using Sprints. - Organize and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant materials. - Track project progress against set goals and milestones. Resource Management - Support resource allocation and scheduling, ensuring optimal utilization of resources. - Assist in identifying and addressing potential resource constraints or risks. Issue Management - Identify and track potential issues or risks that may impact the project. - Work with the project manager to mitigate or resolve these issues. - Ensure project deliverables are completed on time. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
