Software Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Software Project Coordinator to manage communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams. The role involves understanding project requirements, ensuring clear communication with the development team, monitoring progress, and delivering software solutions on time and as per specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Understand project goals and gather requirements from clients and stakeholders

· Coordinate with internal development teams and external vendors to ensure aligned execution

· Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery

· Prepare documentation, reports, and updates for stakeholders

· Identify and escalate risks, delays, or issues proactively

· Ensure quality standards are met and support during UAT and feedback cycles

Key Skills & Competencies:

· Good understanding of SDLC and project coordination processes

· Ability to translate business needs into technical briefs

· Familiarity with software stacks, DevOps basics, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

· Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors

· Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana

· Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

· Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments is preferred

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

· Minimum 2 years of experience in software project coordination or a similar role

Salary: 60k to 85k per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
