Software Project Coordinator

The Software Project Coordinator position requires a detail-oriented individual to support in the planning, organization, and management of software projects. Working closely with the project manager, developers, designers, and clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring tasks progress smoothly and deadlines are achieved. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the planning and scheduling of software projects, facilitating communication between internal teams and clients, monitoring project progress, updating status reports, and ensuring the timely delivery of tasks and deliverables. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, taking meeting notes, identifying and addressing project issues or delays, and providing support with administrative and communication tasks. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred), possess a basic understanding of the software development lifecycle, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Jira is essential, along with the ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines. Desirable qualifications include previous experience in project coordination or software development, as well as familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
