Role Overview

HR Operations Manager

The ideal candidate brings strong operational rigor, a people-first mindset, and experience working in early-stage or high-growth tech environments.


What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage

    end-to-end HR operations

    including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, documentation, and HR systems.
  • Drive and continuously improve HR processes, policies, SOPs, and workflows to support scale and compliance.
  • Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and vendor relationships in collaboration with finance and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal governance across geographies (India primary; others a plus).
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and people processes.
  • Support performance management cycles, confirmations, increments, and employee lifecycle milestones.
  • Partner closely with leadership to implement people initiatives aligned with business needs.
  • Maintain accurate HR data, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making.
  • Build a strong employee experience through structured processes, communication, and continuous feedback.


Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles.
  • Experience working in tech, fintech, or early-stage startups; Web3 exposure is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of global HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Working knowledge of international labor laws, employment contracts, and statutory practices across regions.
  • Experience managing visa processes, work permits, and cross-border employee mobility.
  • Hands-on experience with HR tools, payroll coordination, documentation, and policy management.
  • Excellent communication skills with high empathy and professionalism.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
