As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a dynamic and visionary HR Manager — someone who will not just manage HR processes, but build the heart and soul of our organization.


Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and people-centric HR professional who can take complete ownership of our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a vibrant organizational culture, developing effective HR policies, and attracting top talent from across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the entire HR function including talent acquisition, policy design, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
  • Build and nurture a strong organizational culture that aligns with our brand values and business goals.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that foster employee growth, collaboration, and motivation.
  • Drive recruitment of high-potential team members across sales, marketing, service, and operations — building India’s best Philips Mobile team.
  • Create and enforce HR policies, procedures, and systems that reflect a professional yet people-first approach.
  • Handle employee relations with empathy, fairness, and integrity.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, training, and career development programs for all employees.


Key Skills & Attributes

  • A true people person — empathetic, energetic, and passionate about culture-building.
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment, policy development, and organizational design.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
  • Hands-on HR management experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment (preferably in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or Mobility industry).
  • Deep understanding of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.
  • Self-driven, accountable, and results-oriented mindset.


Qualifications

  • MBA or Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Prior experience in scaling teams or working with consumer brands will be an advantage.
