Role Overview

Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead recruitment and onboarding across teams
Manage performance management, appraisals, and feedback cycles
Develop and implement HR policies and best practices
Handle employee relations, engagement, and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements
Drive training, learning, and development initiatives
Manage HR operations, HRMS tools, and reporting
Support workforce planning and organizational strategy

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field
Master’s degree (MBA / MHRM / MSW) preferred
4–8 years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role
Experience in technology, SaaS, startup, or high-growth environments preferred
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and people management
HR certifications (SHRM, PHR) are a plus
