Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential distributors and partners for

  Philips Mobile distribution

  .
• Handle

  follow-ups, and proposal sharing

  through calls and emails.
• Convince and onboard new distributors across different regions.
• Manage CRM updates, track interactions, and ensure timely closures.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams for smooth onboarding and activation.
• Represent the

  Philips brand

  with professionalism, energy, and trust.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

  (Hindi & English a must; regional languages a plus).

• Passionate about sales

  and driven by targets.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented individual.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
