Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at our location in the Mohali district. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and manage employee relations to foster a positive work environment. This role includes developing HR policies, handling benefits administration, conducting performance appraisals, and collaborating with leadership to support organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Recruitment, Selection, and Talent Acquisition
• Strong knowledge of Employee Relations, Organizational Development, and Conflict Resolution
• Proficiency in HR Policies, Employment Laws, and Compliance practices
• Capability in Training & Development initiatives and Performance Management processes
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Competence in utilizing HR software and related systems
• Previous experience in an HR Manager or similar role is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or HR certification is an added advantage
