Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar for a Freight Broker. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight brokerage activities, dispatching, and providing customer service. Additionally, the role includes managing accounts and ensuring efficient communication with clients and carriers.

Qualifications

• Skills in Freight Brokerage and general Brokerage operations
• Customer Service and Dispatching experience
• Account Management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently and pay attention to details
• Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
