Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Anand. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and implementing effective employee engagement strategies. Key responsibilities include conducting performance evaluations, resolving employee relations issues, formulating company policies, and collaborating with team leads and management to meet organizational needs. The role will also involve analyzing workforce data, providing direction on training and development, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, onboarding, and HR compliance
  • Proficiency in employee engagement strategies, team building, and conflict resolution
  • Experience in performance management and creating HR policies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage
  • Ability to effectively manage and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
