Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Apprentice role located in Anand at Alisha Snacks Pvt Ltd. The Apprentice will assist in daily operational tasks, which may include supporting the production process, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth functioning of manufacturing units. The role will also involve learning about the manufacturing of FMCG products and contributing to process improvements, inventory management, and operational efficiency under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of production processes, manufacturing techniques, and supply chain management
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proactive attitude
• Proficiency in using basic computer applications will be an added advantage
• Education: Minimum of high school graduation; a diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Passion for learning about the FMCG industry and snack manufacturing processes
