Key responsibilities Lead day-to-day coordination and delivery of each 21-day sprint (preparation, live days, post-program follow up). Onboard (Linkedin / Internshala / Job Portals - Hiring ), train and manage a batch of 60–70 interns per cohort - set expectations, share schedules, assign mentors/teachers. Recruit, manage and motivate Campus Ambassadors and maintain regular touchpoints with partner teachers. Create and maintain program calendars, detailed run-books, daily checklists and contingency plans for each cohort. Host / moderate online sessions, record attendance, and manage breakout rooms, Q&A and assessments. Design simple assessment rubrics, track intern progress and produce post-program reports (completion rates, feedback, learnings). Collect and synthesise participant feedback; propose iterative improvements and implement changes before the next cohort. Maintain accurate data (Google Sheets / Airtable), share weekly dashboards and KPI updates with leadership. Manage communications: WhatsApp / email / LMS announcements, reminders, escalation handling. Ensure professional conduct, punctuality and digital etiquette across all participants. Support employer / partner interactions, certificates, and letters of recommendation when required. Who we’re looking for Currently enrolled college student (undergraduate / postgraduate). Only college students may apply. Comfortable working fully remotely and available during program sprint days (intensive availability required). High discipline: punctual, responsive, follows processes and documents everything. Basic proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Drive), Zoom/Teams, and WhatsApp. Willingness to learn tools like Airtable/Notion and to be accountable for KPIs. Prior leadership roles (club head, campus ambassador, placement cell, etc.) Performance & KPIs (how we’ll measure you) Onboarding rate: % of invited students successfully onboarded before Day 1. Completion rate: % of interns who complete the 21-day sprint. Engagement score: average attendance / participation across live sessions. Participant NPS / feedback score after each cohort. Timeliness & reporting: weekly dashboards submitted on schedule. Ambassador & teacher satisfaction: timely management and fewer escalations. Failure to meet minimum thresholds during probation may lead to non-confirmation. Time commitment & working pattern Expected part-time commitment: ~12–15 hours/week on average; higher during active 21-day sprints. Must be available during core online program hours (these will be communicated in advance). Flexible hours are allowed for non-sprint periods, but loyalty and commitment are non-negotiable. Probation & confirmation (Important) The role begins with a one-month paid probation period , during which the candidate will be evaluated on execution quality, communication, discipline, and the ability to independently coordinate assigned mini-cohort responsibilities. During the probation month, a stipend of ₹4,000 will be paid. Upon successful completion of the probation period and meeting performance expectations, the role will be formally confirmed for the remaining duration of the 8-month engagement . Post-confirmation, the base monthly stipend will be ₹6,000 , with the possibility of performance-linked increments and additional perks, subject to periodic reviews. This role requires a minimum availability commitment of 9 months . Given the leadership nature of the position and the scale of responsibility involved, it is a high-commitment role . Candidates are expected to prioritise this engagement and should not juggle multiple demanding roles or parallel commitments that may affect availability, responsiveness, or quality of work.
