Talent Acquisition & Development: Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, career paths, and retention; build strong talent pipelines. Employee Relations & Culture: Foster a positive culture, resolve grievances, manage performance cycles, and drive engagement/wellness programs. HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee payroll, benefits, attendance, records, and ensure adherence to labor laws (PF, ESI, RERA, etc.). Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems, provide feedback guidance, and link performance to rewards. Essential Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Proven HR management, ideally in Real Estate/Construction/Services. Knowledge: Strong grasp of labor laws, HRMS, HR analytics, and performance systems. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Education: Bachelor's/Master's in HR or Business. Real Estate Specifics: HR plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with RERA and other regulations for site staff, project managers, and sales teams.
