Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR & Marketing Manager to lead and oversee core HR functions along with marketing management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive initiatives across recruitment, performance, development, succession, compensation, HR systems, data analytics, and marketing operations. You will play a pivotal role in aligning people strategy and marketing execution with the company’s overall goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Selection
Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
2. Performance Management
Design and implement performance appraisal systems (KPIs, OKRs).
Drive continuous feedback culture and annual review processes.
Coach managers on performance discussions and employee engagement.
3. Learning & Development
Identify skill gaps and create training programs to address them.
Coordinate internal and external training, workshops, and certifications.
Monitor learning ROI and effectiveness.
4. Succession Planning
Develop talent pipeline plans for key roles.
Conduct leadership assessments and development programs.
Ensure business continuity through strategic talent mobility.
5. Compensation & Benefits
Design competitive compensation strategies aligned with market trends.
Administer payroll, incentives, and benefit programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal equity.
6. Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Maintain and optimize HR software for payroll, attendance, and employee records.
Train HR staff and managers on system usage.
Ensure data integrity and security.
7. HR Data & Analytics
Collect, analyze, and report key HR metrics (attrition, hiring, engagement).
Use analytics to support decision-making and identify trends.
Present dashboards and insights to leadership.
8. Marketing Management
Collaborate with the marketing team to align employer branding with overall brand identity.
Assist in digital marketing campaigns, employer branding, and social media strategy.
Support recruitment marketing and internal communications initiatives.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
Experience: 5–10 years in HR with at least 2–3 years managing marketing or branding responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, performance tools.
Proven leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS tools, and marketing platforms (e.g., social media, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.).
