- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition including hiring strategy, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and support manpower planning with leadership
- Draft, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook ensuring legal compliance
- Act as a policy and people advisor to management and employees
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance management, and exits
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance
- Drive a positive, compliant, and performance-oriented work culture
- Handling HR software (Pocket HRMS)
- Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Proven experience in HR Policy Drafting and Implementation
- Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- High emotional intelligence, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with operational responsibilities
- Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 years of experience in HR, with significant exposure to recruitment and policy formulation
- Experience in managing HR functions independently will be preferred
