Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
Oversee payroll management, ensuring timely payment of salaries and benefits to employees.
Handle factory HR operations, including employee relations, performance appraisals, and training programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining accurate records and filing necessary documents on time.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., production planning) to ensure seamless integration of HR activities into business operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in human resource management or related field.
MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of HR generalist activities such as recruitment, payroll management, factory HR operations.
