Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
  • Oversee payroll management, ensuring timely payment of salaries and benefits to employees.
  • Handle factory HR operations, including employee relations, performance appraisals, and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining accurate records and filing necessary documents on time.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., production planning) to ensure seamless integration of HR activities into business operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in human resource management or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of HR generalist activities such as recruitment, payroll management, factory HR operations.
