Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources professional to join our growing team in the Design & Build industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the full spectrum of HR operations and strategy, ensuring efficient workforce management, compliance, and culture-building across our three verticals — Interiors, Theme Parks, and Production Set Design.
The role demands a proactive leader who can align HR initiatives with business goals, fosteremployee engagement, and strengthen organizational capability through robust HR systems andpractices.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:1. End-to-End HR Management Oversee and streamline recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding across allverticals. Implement HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks aligned with organizational vision andindustry standards. Ensure consistent execution of HR processes across corporate and site teams. Partner with leadership to drive organizational restructuring, succession planning, andworkforce optimization.2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead full-cycle recruitment for design, construction, project, and support functions. Build a strong talent pipeline through innovative sourcing strategies, including referrals,agencies, and digital platforms. Forecast manpower needs in collaboration with project and operations teams. Conduct competency-based interviews and ensure cultural alignment of new hires. Manage campus engagement programs and partnerships for junior-level hiring.3. Company Culture & Employee Engagement Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven work environment. Design and execute engagement activities, recognition programs, and team-building events. Conduct regular pulse surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction. Promote internal communication and initiatives that reinforce company values and purpose. Develop and implement retention strategies for key talent.4. Compliance & Policy Management Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws, statutory filings, and regulatory norms (PF, ESI,Gratuity, Bonus, etc.). Conduct internal HR audits and maintain all statutory documentation and employee records. Update and communicate HR policies in line with evolving labor laws and business needs. Oversee disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and ensure fair and transparent resolution.5. Site-Based HR Support Provide HR support to site teams on attendance, payroll inputs, conflict resolution, andwelfare needs. Visit project sites periodically to ensure compliance, address concerns, and strengthenengagement. Coordinate with site managers for deployment, performance monitoring, and shift planning.6. Vendor & Contractor Coordination Manage relationships with staffing partners, compliance consultants, and payroll vendors. Oversee onboarding and administration of contract staff and third-party labor. Ensure timely documentation, invoicing, and payment processing for HR-related vendors.7. HR Reporting & Analytics Prepare and present HR dashboards, turnover reports, absenteeism data, and manpoweranalytics to management. Analyze trends and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance productivity andretention. Track HR KPIs and provide insights on workforce performance and engagement metrics.8. Performance Management & Learning Implement performance management systems (KPI/KRA-based evaluations, appraisals, andfeedback cycles). Identify training needs through skill gap analysis and coordinate learning & developmentinitiatives. Drive leadership development, mentorship, and upskilling programs across departments. Partner with department heads to establish clear performance metrics and growth plans.9. Compensation & Benefits Administration Oversee payroll processing, increments, and benefits administration in coordination withfinance. Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend competitive compensation structures. Monitor employee benefits programs (insurance, leave management, welfare funds, etc.).10. Strategic HR & Organizational Development Support leadership in strategic HR planning, change management, and organizationaldesign. Contribute to business reviews with HR insights and action plans. Lead initiatives around diversity, equity, and inclusion. Champion HR digitalization and process automation to improve efficiency.Qualifications & Experience: Master’s degree in HR / MBA (HR) or equivalent. 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the construction, design, or project based industries. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and compliance processes. Proven track record in recruitment, engagement, and employee relations. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
