PREFERED FEMALE CANDIDATE The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and employee relations to compliance and performance management. This role requires a candidate with exceptional communication skills, including fluency in Hindi, and a strong foundation in HR practices to foster a productive and positive work environment. Oversee payroll and benefits administration for all employees. Provide guidance on health benefits, leave management, and wellness programs. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: At least 1 years of HR experience, preferably in the food exporting or manufacturing sector. Fluent in Hindi (required). Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance standards. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
