Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Manage employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention programs.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, inclusion, and collaboration.

3. Performance Management

  • Oversee performance review cycles and goal-setting processes.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance improvement and development plans.

4. Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and organize development programs.
  • Support career progression initiatives and succession planning.

5. HR Operations

  • HR policies, and company standards.
  • Manage HR records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
  • Update and implement HR policies and procedures.

6. Strategic HR Initiatives

  • Contribute to HR strategy development and execution aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze HR metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HR systems .
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹16,700.68 - ₹60,318.46 per month
