Job Description

oversees all aspects of an organization's human resources, including recruitment, training, compensation, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labour laws, while also fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Hiring:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the entire hiring process, from job postings and interviews to offer letters and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during the hiring process.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
  • Mediate disputes and implement disciplinary procedures.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage performance management systems and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct market research and salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's overall goals.
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensuring the organization adheres to local, state, and federal labor laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, OSHA) to mitigate legal risks.
  • Other:
  • Manage HR systems and processes.
  • Provide support and guidance to HR staff.
  • Maintain company organization charts and employee directories.
  • Develop and implement employee retention strategies

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Typically a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is often preferred for senior roles.
  • Certifications: Professional credentials such as SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR are highly valued.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as Workday, SAP, or ADP, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, empathy, ethical judgment, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Data Literacy: Ability to analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, engagement scores) to inform strategic decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
