Job Description

Strategy & workforce planning • Define and implement HR strategy for the school and the hospital. • Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and manpower forecasting for academic, admin and clinical roles. Talent acquisition & onboarding • Build and run recruitment plans to attract quality candidates PAN India. • Manage end-to-end hiring: sourcing, interviews, assessments and onboarding. • Design role-specific retention initiatives and career pathways. Learning & development • Own training and continuous learning programs for both sectors. • Run workshops and skill-building sessions relevant to educators and healthcare staff. Performance & policies • Set up performance management with clear KRAs and KPIs; run periodic reviews and feedback cycles. • Draft, update and enforce HR policies that meet regulatory and institutional standards. Compensation, payroll & benefits • Design competitive pay structures and benefits aligned to market and performance. • Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Culture & employee engagement • Promote a supportive work environment and employee wellbeing. • Plan engagement activities and team-building tuned to education and healthcare teams. HR operations, compliance & reporting • Maintain HR records, HRIS/data analytics and regular reporting for leadership. • Manage HR budget, carry out audits, and ensure compliance with laws and institutional rules. Cross-functional collaboration & external relations • Work with Admissions, Marketing and other teams to match staffing with growth plans. • Act as liaison between management, faculty, clinical staff and external agencies; handle regulatory and recruitment-related engagement. HRMS upgrade and implementation • Lead the upgrade or replacement of the existing HRMS across both institutions. • Define requirements, choose vendors, and implement the following modules: • Hiring solutions (ATS) • Payroll management • PMS - 360 • Training and development • Leave and holidays • Compensation planning and HR budgeting • Succession planning • Employee experience and engagement • Vendor management • Time and attendance • Ensure clean data migration, role-based access, and integrations with payroll and attendance systems. • Drive user training, adoption and change management. • Set up module-level SLAs and reporting for leadership to track usage, accuracy and ROI. • Manage vendor relationships, contract terms and timely delivery

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
