HR Head

As a seasoned HR leader, you will play a crucial role as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at our client's leading technology company. In this position, you will work closely with the executive leadership team to drive the people agenda and shape the human capital strategy of the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass various facets of HR, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies that are in line with the business goals and growth plans. - Lead initiatives related to organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. - Cultivate a high-performance culture through effective performance management systems. - Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization. - Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent. - Design and execute learning and development programs to enhance employee skills. - Manage compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to maintain competitiveness. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and uphold HR best practices. - Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on people-related matters. Qualifications Required: - MBA from a Tier 1 institute with at least 15 years of experience. - Demonstrated expertise as a CHRO or senior HR leader in a mid-sized technology or IT company. - Proficiency in HR technologies and data-driven decision-making. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to influence and build relationships across all organizational levels.
