HR Head

What will you be doing?

As the HR Head for Shreeji Sharan, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns seamlessly with overall business objectives. You will lead the teams, acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, fostering a high-performance culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent. You will champion employee engagement, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment that empowers our people to thrive.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Facilitated the organizations structural planning and reorganization efforts.
• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development
• Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
• Provide strategic leadership and effective management
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
• Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and improve HR processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a multinational organization.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Deep understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success.
• Experience working as HR Head in a company, preferably in real estate industry.
