Job Description

Position: HR Head
Location: Kirti Nagar
Working Days: 5 Days

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Leadership:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all digital marketing and operational roles.
  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee candidate sourcing through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Guide the screening, interview, and selection process in collaboration with department heads.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and ensure timely closure of positions.

2. HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Oversee complete HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and compliance.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, attendance, and leave systems.
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies in alignment with company goals and labor laws.
  • Ensure smooth execution of performance appraisal processes and HR audits.

3. Leadership in HR Administration:

  • Supervise daily administrative and office management functions.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain oversight of documentation, office records, and HR reporting.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Foster a positive work culture through effective employee engagement initiatives.
  • Address employee grievances promptly and ensure fair conflict resolution.
  • Build strong relationships across teams to maintain a healthy workplace environment.

5. Training & Development Strategy:

  • Identify skill gaps and create training and development plans for employees.
  • Collaborate with management to implement learning programs that support organizational growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years in an HR leadership role, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) and HRMS tools.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of hiring needs across digital marketing roles (PPC, SEO, Social Media, Creative, etc.).
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, team management, and decision-making abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,351.07 - ₹40,000.19 per month
