Organizational Role: Account Executive -All Purchase entries -Sale deed entries -Bank Receipts entries from customers -payment to vendors -Bank Reconciliation on Bi-Monthly bases. -Preparing Data for GST Returns-GSTR-1,GSTR-3B -Reconciling GST with our books of accounts with GST Portals -Preparing Data and providing to CA for TDS Returns -Passing GST AND TDS entries in our books of accounts as per the returns filed by CA. - Providing details of received cheque to legal person for Sale Deed preparation. -Maintaining O/S reports of debtors of how much Sale Deed amt pending, GST Pending,ST Pending,and how much extra payment is received from customers. -Assisting CA in Income Tax Returns and finalization of accounts. -Maintaining Reports of How many deed done and satakat done and how many sale deed and satakat pending -Assist CA in RERA Returns and providing details of customers for 3A FORM. -Matching full Tri balance as Per CA records and pass entries in our books accordingly. -Assist in preparation of budgets well in 3 month advance for different projects and coordinating with different departments of it. -Provide the query sheets to CA to rectify the errors in their books of accounts. -Assist the CA and follow up with other departments in other legal things -Advance tax calculation.
