Job Description

1. Sales Head Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) Sales Strategy Development Design and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and threats. Revenue Generation Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Drive the sales team to close deals effectively and efficiently. Team Management and Development Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners. Resolve client concerns to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Sales Process Optimization Ensure the sales team follows standardized processes and systems. Leverage CRM tools to track and analyze sales performance. Collaboration with Marketing Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives. Provide feedback on leads generated through marketing activities. Market Research and Insights Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies. Provide insights to management for pricing and project positioning. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Sales Target Achievement Percentage of sales targets achieved (monthly, quarterly, annual). Revenue generated from direct and channel sales. Team Performance Metrics Percentage of sales team members meeting individual targets. Training completion rate for the sales team. Lead Conversion Rates Conversion rate of leads to closed deals. Average time taken to convert a lead into a sale. Client Satisfaction Net Promoter Score (NPS) or client satisfaction ratings.
