Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a Sales Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and managing a high-performing team, and achieving revenue targets for digital media sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Qualifications:

MBA in Sales & Marketing or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams
Results-oriented and flexible approach to meet new people and targets
