Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.

· Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

· Set monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

2. Team Leadership & Management

· Lead, mentor, and motivate regional/national sales teams.

· Recruit, train, and develop sales personnel.

· Conduct regular performance reviews and set KPIs for sales staff.

3. Revenue & Business Growth

· Drive revenue generation through acquisition of new customers and expansion within existing accounts.

· Develop strategies for channel sales, direct sales, and key accounts.

· Oversee pricing, negotiations, and deal closures.

4. Client & Stakeholder Management

· Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

· Attend client meetings, presentations, and industry events.

· Manage escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

5. Forecasting & Reporting

· Track sales performance, pipeline, forecasting, and conversion metrics.

· Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for senior leadership.

· Use CRM tools to analyze data and improve sales efficiency.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Work closely with marketing, product, finance, and operations teams.

· Provide feedback on market needs, product improvements, and customer pain points.

· Align sales campaigns with marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation

· Bachelor’s degree

Experience

· 1 years of sales experience..

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

· Background in B2B/B2C sales depending on industry.

Skills

· Excellent leadership and team management skills.

· Strong negotiation and communication abilities.

· Analytical mindset with expertise in sales forecasting.

· Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).

· Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
