Job Description – Sales Head
Department: Business Development & Operations Location: Jaipur Branch / Kota Headquarters Reporting To: CEO & Founder Type: Full-Time | On-site Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PMKey Responsibilities:• Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand the customer base.• Lead, guide, and monitor the Business Development Executives (BDEs) and Inside Sales Team.• Identify and onboard hospitals, clinics, and institutional buyers in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and vendor teams to optimize sales performance.• Develop partnerships with medical manufacturers and suppliers for category expansion.• Set and track monthly revenue, onboarding, and conversion targets.• Conduct sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management through CRM. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hospital decision-makers.• Recruit, train, and mentor new sales talent under HR supervision.RequirementsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Monthly revenue & hospital onboarding growth• Vendor partnership acquisition rate• Conversion rate from leads to closed deals• Team performance & retention• Client satisfaction and recurring business ratioSkills & Qualifications:• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare Management• Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B or Healthcare Sales (medical disposables/equipment/pharma preferred)• Strong leadership and people management skills• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and data-driven decision-making• Strong understanding of hospital procurement systems and institutional salesHow to apply- prathap@educohire.comBenefitsSalary: Based on experience & performanceIncentives: Lucrative performance-based commissions Perks: Official laptop, SIM, and travel allowance
