Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals Create, curate, and manage content (text, images, video) across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Monitor, listen, and engage with audiences in a timely and authentic way Analyse key metrics and adjust strategy as needed based on performance Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to ensure brand consistency Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, platforms, technologies, and best practices Run paid campaigns on social media and optimise them for ROI Manage influencer and brand partnership outreach and coordination Prepare monthly performance reports and share insights with stakeholders Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree or Course in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field 6 to 7 years of experience as a social media Specialist or a related role Strong copywriting and content creation skills Proficiency with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar Familiarity with social media analytics and advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively Strong visual eye for design and familiarity with basic graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, a plus)
