Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership and uphold high standards of teaching and learning
• Develop and implement curriculum, lesson plans, and assessment systems aligned with CBSE norms
• Recruit, train, and manage teaching staff across all grades
• Conduct classroom observations, notebook checks, and performance appraisals
• Organize teacher training and professional development programs
• Oversee academic schedules, examinations, and school events
• Teach classes from Nursery to Grade 10 as needed
• Promote a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement
  

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education or Educational Leadership
• Minimum 5 years of academic leadership experience
• Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and school operations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
