Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Address client queries and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Market Research and Insights Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Provide insights to the management for better decision-making. Product Knowledge and Presentation Gain in-depth knowledge of the properties offered. Effectively present projects to clients, highlighting key USPs. Team Collaboration Coordinate with marketing, legal, and other departments to ensure smooth deal closures. Share feedback and suggestions for improving the sales process.
