Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Social Media Marketing Executive located in Chorasi. The role includes managing sales activities, developing strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The selected candidate will also be responsible for creating and managing social media marketing campaigns, designing content strategies, and interacting with clients through multiple digital platforms to boost brand presence and engagement.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and deliver exceptional service.
Experience and proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed targets while implementing successful sales strategies.
Ability to provide Training and guidance to new team members to drive team success and productivity.
Basic social media marketing knowledge, data-driven thinking, and the ability to analyze metrics to enhance online campaigns.
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields is preferred.
Familiarity with jewelry or luxury goods industry is an added advantage.
