Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Head will lead sales strategies and oversee the execution of sales operations to drive business growth. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, developing sales plans, leading and mentoring sales teams, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing market trends to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to develop and drive impactful sales initiatives. Experience in Account Management to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Team Management skills to effectively lead and mentor a team to success. Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends, forecasting, and making data-driven decisions. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing revenue within competitive markets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
