Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants. Present designs and revisions to clients for approvals. Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.Arch) – COA registered. 3–5 years of relevant experience in architecture or interiors. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, etc. Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and detailing. Good leadership, project management, and communication skills.
