Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design from concept to completion.

Collaborate with clients, engineers, and in-house design teams.

Prepare and review architectural drawings, details, and specifications.

Ensure compliance with building codes and statutory regulations.

Conduct site visits for quality checks and project tracking.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants.

Present designs and revisions to clients for approvals.

Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.Arch) – COA registered.

3–5 years of relevant experience in architecture or interiors.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, etc.

Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and detailing.

Good leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Experience in healthcare, commercial, or residential projects preferred.
