Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Architect role based in Chennai. The Senior Architect will lead architectural design processes, develop innovative project designs, and oversee their execution. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients and stakeholders, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring successful project integration. The role also involves contributing to the creation of sustainable and aesthetically impactful architectural projects while coordinating across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating innovative and practical design solutions
Experience in Project Management, including planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management
Understanding of Software Development and Integration related to architecture and design tools
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and effectively communicate design concepts and requirements
Strong problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on sustainable and functional design
Relevant educational qualification, such as a degree in Architecture or a related field
Experience in managing large-scale architectural projects is a plus
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Chennai and India
