Senior Architect

About Position

A Senior Architect responsible for leading projects and coordination for high-rise and MIVAN

construction projects & Villas projects. The role involves preparing and reviewing detailed

drawings, ensuring design compliance, resolving site issues, and collaborating closely with

structural, MEP, and construction teams. The candidate must possess strong technical

expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage fast-paced project

environments with high quality and precision.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architectural design for high-rise and MIVAN-based projects, ensuring

compliance with building codes, safety norms, and project specifications.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and construction teams to integrate design solutions

and resolve on-site technical challenges.

Review and approve GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, shop drawings, and

construction detailing for accuracy and feasibility.

Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation, quality control, and adherence to

architectural standards.

Manage client presentations, design approvals, and stakeholder communication

throughout project lifecycle.

Technical Skills Set

Strong proficiency in MIVAN formwork systems, high-rise construction methods, and

fast-track building technologies.

Expertise in architectural detailing, façade design, space planning, and coordination

with structural and services layouts.

Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM workflows, and knowledge of NBC,

local bylaws, and fire norms.

JOB DESCRIPTION

MANAGER

Ability to prepare high-quality working drawings, BOQs, construction documents, and

coordination drawings.

Experience with QA/QC documentation, site resolution, and formwork optimization for

vertical structures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
