Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Architect for a full-time, on-site role located in Saket. The Senior Architect will lead the design process, including architectural design, space planning, and integration of technical solutions. Responsibilities will also include client consultations, project management, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative and functional architectural projects. The role requires managing timelines, ensuring quality standards, and overseeing execution to meet project specifications and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a deep understanding of design principles and spatial planning.
• Experience in Project Management, including budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Proficiency in software development and integration tools relevant to architectural processes and design.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and consultants effectively.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field is required; a professional license is preferred.
• Previous experience in residential, commercial, or workspace design is an added advantage.
• Ability to adapt to project needs and bring creative, client-centered solutions to each design challenge.
