Organization Unit : Incor Lake City Project Pvt Ltd Division: Architect Position : Senior Manager Location Hyderabad About Position Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies, including site analysis, zoning, building codes, and cost estimation. Work closely with Department Heads to assess the viability of design proposals and modify plans as needed to meet both functional and financial goals. Prepare base drawings with area statement, showcasing the product outlines and key highlights. Responsibilities : Review & manage architectural design and planning of high-rise buildings, Master planning & Interiors ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards. Review conceptual designs, schematic designs, and detailed architectural plans for various stages of the project. Reviewing DBRs of all the consultants and ensure they meet to the project requirements & standards Oversee design coordination with structural, MEP, and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are integrated efficiently. Ensure execution drawings are prepare inline with the approval drawings. Supervise the execution of architectural designs during construction, ensuring compliance with approved plans and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve any design issues or challenges that arise during construction. Ensure that all materials used meet the required quality standards and specifications. Review and approval of shop drawings & get necessary clearance from the Consultants. Technical Skills Set Review tender documents and contract documents& preparing of detailed technical specifications. Develop and maintain drawing registers as per the project schedules, ensuring that all documentation is submitted on time. Prepare RERA statements, area statements, and feasibility studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements. Maintaining all project documentation and design tracker to ensure all deliverable are aligned as per the project schedule. Good at CAD, Excel & PPT, revit & sketchup. Behavioral Skills Set Team player, strong communication.
