Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, located in Chennai. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing cost planning, and delivering cost reporting. Day-to-day tasks also include cost management and ensuring projects remain within budget while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
• Experience with BOQ preparation and Cost Reporting
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience in the architecture and design industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
