Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, located in Chennai. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing cost planning, and delivering cost reporting. Day-to-day tasks also include cost management and ensuring projects remain within budget while maintaining high standards. Qualifications Expertise in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning Experience with BOQ preparation and Cost Reporting Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Experience in the architecture and design industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
