Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Workplace Designer located in Mumbai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Lead Workplace Designer will be responsible for leading design projects, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, developing creative solutions, and overseeing the implementation of design concepts. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site visits, creating design presentations, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Qualifications B.Arch. from a reputed Institute or an equivalent accreditation in design from a reputed institute Experience in workplace design, spatial planning, and creating people-centric spaces Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders Creativity and innovative thinking in developing customised design solutions Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Experience in leading design teams and managing client relationships is a plus Unispace India is looking for a Design Strategist who can: Command the Stage: Deliver powerful, persuasive presentations that bring design concepts to life and secure client buy-in.
